Study permit Requirments
In order to be eligible to receive a study permit, students must:
- Provide a letter of acceptance from the educational institution in Canada.
- Provide proof of sufficient funds to pay for tuition fees, living expenses, and transportation for student and any accompanying family members.
- Satisfy an immigration officer that he/she will leave Canada when studies are completed unless authorized to remain longer
- Students may also be required to provide a police certificate, pass a background clearance and undergo a medical examination.

As per the Bill C-35 in particular, that it is illegal for anyone other than an accredited immigration representative to provide advice or otherwise represent a client during an application or proceeding with CIC. As per IRPA (Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, Canada) our team members comply with all the regulations and protocols of Canadian Immigration system and a full member of Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council as well as Quebec immigration.
